The 10 Minute Party Game You'll Play Again and Again
One Night Ultimate Werewolf has so few rules, everyone will be up and playing in just minutes. Each player is given a single card, which they secretly view, giving them a special power to help the Villager or Werewolf team.
One Night Roles
You may use virtually any combination of role cards.
Each of the roles has certain effects which change the nature of the game. Some roles clearly help the village team, like the Seer or Mason. While other help the werewolf team, like the minion.
Be creative with your role selection!
The Robber
At night, the Robber may choose to steal a card from another player and place his Robber card where the other card was. The Robber then becomes the role on the stolen card.
The Troublemaker
The Troublemaker has the ability to swap cards between two other players without looking at those cards. The players who receive a different card are now the role (and team) of their new card, although they will not know this until the end of the game.
The Seer
The Seer gets to look at another player's card or at two of the centre cards. So she'll know the true identity of another player or which cards are in the centre, that is, as long as the card doesn’t get switched.
The Werewolf
Fierce and fluffy, the werewolves have a lot of info at the start of the game. At night, all the Werewolves open their eyes and look for the other werewolves. If no one else opens their eyes, the other Werewolves are in the centre. All they have to do to win is make sure no one else figures that out, so they need to mislead the other players … very carefully.
The Minion
The Minion is on the side of the Werewolves despite not being a Werewolf himself. During the night phase, the Minion sees who the Werewolves are however the Werewolves will not find who he is until the end of the game. The powerful ally for the werewolf team will try his hardest to misdirect the rest of the players into thinking other players are the werewolves.
The Tanner
The Tanner hates his job so much that he wants to die! In fact he will only win the game if he dies. He isn’t on the werewolf or the village team; instead, he wants the players to think that he is a werewolf! If they vote for him, he wins and everyone else loses!
Can be combined with other One Night games for epic battles!
